EZ-Rail is the reduced-cost 2x2 member of Picasso Lighting's Rail and Jacqueline troffer family, built with an aluminum rail in the center that allows occupancy sensors and other sensing equipment to be installed. Its LEDs are pitched to bounce light into powder-coated curved aluminum reflectors that redirect the indirect light downward, trading the broader custom menu of Rail and Jacqueline for a lower price with limited selections. The housing is die-formed 20-gauge steel with an integral powder-coated high-reflectivity reflector, 24 inches square and 4 inches tall, in standard white powder coat. Published packages deliver 2,600, 3,400, or 4,300 total lumens at 29, 38, or 49 W (88-90 lm/W at 3000K), in 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K at 80+ or 90+ CRI. Drivers are UL-recognized, universal 110-277 VAC in non-dim or 0-10V 1% dimming, with premium and control-system drivers (Lutron, eldoLED, PoE, DALI, DMX) available on request and an optional emergency battery-backup driver. It mounts recessed in slot grid, T-bar, and sheetrock ceilings, is IBEW manufactured and assembled in the USA with a BABAA-compliant ordering option, UL listed for dry and damp locations, rated for 50,000-hour LED life, and covered by a limited five-year warranty.
