Edge Light Guide Lens is the blade-thin member of Picasso Lighting's Edge series, a trapezoid-profile linear nominally 4" wide by just 1/2" tall — far too small for an onboard driver, so it is cable-supported and powered from a remote driver with gripper-style locking, 4 ft standard cables, and small 18/2 or powered-by-cable canopies to a standard J-box. The downlight runs a SmartOptics three-layer light guide for even illumination, the uplight a Cosine 150-degree batwing element; the spec form publishes Lambertian, 65-degree batwing, and asymmetric 50-degree-at-25-degree direct optics plus Lambertian, 120-degree batwing, flat 150-degree, and two asymmetric indirect optics. Direct output is published at 350, 500, 750, and 1,000 lm/ft (4.5-13.5 W/ft direct at 78 lm/W, 3000K), with matching 350-1,000 lm/ft indirect packages (2.1-6.5 W/ft) optional. Housings come in nominal 2, 4, 6, and 8 ft lengths plus custom lengths in 1" increments and continuous rows, and the drawing set publishes quick-connect L, T, X, and 45-degree lit patterns; recessed trim/trimless and surface housings with integral drivers are also on the spec form. Standard CCTs run 2700K to 4000K in 80+ or 90+ CRI with 3 SDCM binning (tunable white 2700-5000K and custom lumen tuning available).
