Andrena Dropped Lens was designed to recreate a slice of a beehive: extruded-aluminum sections in nominal 3 to 8 ft lengths join through single, double, triple, and quadruple connectors to build hexagon webs, triangles, squares, rectangles, and other patterns, with quick feed-through wiring connectors for contractor-friendly installation. Its double-thick extruded acrylic lens (opal white, round or square) gives the luminaire a neon-like appearance, and the 2-7/8" H x 1-11/16" W profile can be finished in one color or with connectors and extrusions in contrasting finishes. Direct-only output spans four packages from 350 to 1000 lm/ft at 3.03 to 9.18 W/ft (109-115 lm/W at 3000K), in 2700/3000/3500/4000K at 80+ or 90+ CRI, with tunable white (2700-5000K) and custom lumen tuning available. Drivers are universal 110-277 VAC with 0-10V 1% dimming standard; non-dim, Lutron EcoSystem 1%, and DALI/DMX/PoE controls are available, plus an optional emergency battery-backup driver. Cable mounting uses gripper-style locking on 48" standard cables to a J-box canopy (stem mounting available), and the series is also offered in Surface and Wall versions. Fixtures are IBEW manufactured and assembled in the USA, UL listed for dry and damp locations, with 50,000-hour rated LED life and a five-year limited warranty.
