Kwyet is OCL's acoustic pendant, combining the company's TUBIE glowing-ring luminaire with a sound-absorbing 9 mm acoustic fin, offered at 36" diameter in three profiles — KW1 Angle, KW2 Cone, and KW3 Ellipse. The luminaire is dual-circuit: the frosted-acrylic body provides a soft glow and an optional Bridgelux V13 Gen 7 COB downlight adds a directed beam. Published delivered lumens (3500K, 80+ CRI) are 550 lm at 6 W (LED1 body) or 820 lm at 9 W (LED2 body); the tunable-white body (TWH1) delivers 550 lm at 6 W. The COB downlight (LED1) delivers 1,525 lm at 15 W in narrow flood (25°) or 1,495 lm at 15 W in wide flood (60°); measured efficacy is 92 lm/W on the LED2 ellipse body (test 20865.0). The body light source uses OCL's proprietary Nichia 757 LED arrays and is available at 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K in 80+ CRI (also 90+ CRI, R9 > 50, apply a 0.85 lumen multiplier), plus tunable white (2700–5000K) and RGBW options (photometrics pending LM-79). Hanging systems are a 5.75" surface-mount canopy (P1FK, static white, no downlight), an 8" surface-mount canopy with downlight (P1FF), or a 5" flat canopy with remote driver enclosure (P1FG) — all mounting to a 4x4 octagon J-box and shipping with a field-adjustable 48", 100", or 144" cable length. Construction is extruded and die-cast aluminum with a spun-aluminum canopy and frosted extruded-acrylic diffuser; body and canopy finish is white textured paint with the acoustic fin available in more than 20 felt colors (minimum 50% post-consumer recycled PET, ASTM E-84 Class A, ASTM C423 acoustic test report). Dimming is 0-10V to 1% standard, with dual 0-10V, DALI-2, and DMX/RDM control to 0.1% optional (the 0.1% controls require the P1FG hanging system); BIOS SkyBlue circadian light engines are available. Running on 120–277V, Kwyet is ETL listed to UL 1598 for dry locations, contributes to WELL Building features L03/L04/L07/S04, is BABA compliant, and carries a 5-year warranty.
