Maxx is ON LIGHT's retrofit LED downlight family built around a tool-less interchangeable reflector and accessory system with a pure-aluminum reflector, offered in two apertures. Maxx MXD is a 4" downlight delivering 1200 lm (8.1 W), 1500 lm (9.9 W), 1800 lm (12 W) and 2000 lm (14.3 W) — up to 186 lm/W, and up to 194 lm/W with the optional high-performance LED — in SP 20°, MFL 23°, FL 37°, WFL 55°, VWFL 66° and wall-wash optics, dimmable via 0–10V (5%), line-voltage or combined; it installs in a 3-3/4"–4" (95–100 mm) ceiling opening behind a Ø110 mm trim, IP20 dry location only. Maxx MMD is a 6" downlight delivering 1500 lm (14 W), 2000 lm (19 W), 2500 lm (22 W), 3100 lm (25 W), 3500 lm (28 W), 3100 lm (30 W), 4500 lm (35 W) and 5000 lm (40 W) — up to 153 lm/W — in FL 45°, WFL 55° and VWFL 77° optics, dimmable via 0–10V (1%), DALI or TRIAC, and rated for dry and damp locations; it installs in a 5-1/8"–5-1/4" (130 mm) opening behind a Ø146 mm trim. Both apertures offer 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K at 84 (nominal, min 80) or 90 CRI (MXD also offers F90 and 97 CRI), input voltages of 120V, 277V and 347V, and RAL 9016 white, RAL 9005 black, RAL 9006 silver or custom-color textured housings. Color consistency is held to a 3-step MacAdam ellipse, lumen maintenance is L80/B10 at 50,000 hours (25°C) with a 15-year fixture lifetime, and luminaires can be refurbished with the newest LED and driver for a renewed 5-year warranty. ETL certified to US and Canadian safety standards; assembled in Beloeil, QC, Canada.
