Via Splash brings the Via linear platform to the most demanding wet locations, indoors and out, with a full IP66 rating (dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets) and IK10 impact resistance when specified with the polycarbonate optic. The simple 3½" by 5" extruded-aluminum housing (4 15/16" × 5" in direct/indirect) is available in lengths up to 12 ft, installing recessed, ceiling, wall, or pendant (18" standard stem), and can be washed down with strong water jets. Housings longer than 4 ft use bridged optic/enclosure elements, each sealed to maintain IP66 continuity. A clear tempered-glass (TMG, direct optic only) or UV-stabilized polycarbonate (PYC, IK10) protective enclosure sits outside the luminaire optic, offered as a High-Efficiency Lambertian Optic (HLO, 88% transmission) or Precision Micro-Prism Optic (PMO). Direct and direct/indirect distributions each deliver 500, 750, or 1000 lumens per foot (4.1 / 6.3 / 8.6 W/ft at 3500K/80+ CRI) at up to 121 lm/W, from a cartridge-mounted mid-flux LED array in 2700/3000/3500/4000/5000K with 80+ CRI standard or 90+ CRI with elevated R9 (3 SDCM), tested to LM-80 with L80 lumen maintenance beyond 60,000 hours. Standard sections run 2–12 ft (direct) or 2–8 ft (direct/indirect) and join for continuous sealed runs. Drivers are universal 120–277V (347V with the D1 driver), dimmable 100–1% on 0–10V, with DALI and an optional low-temperature 10% 0–10V driver rated to −40°C/F; PoE compatible. Housings use extruded aluminum with up to 90% recycled content in matte white, matte black, aluminum, or custom RAL finishes. ETL listed and rated for wet locations to UL 1598 and CSA C22.2 No. 250.0, with a five-year limited warranty.
