About this product
Paz is Lumenwerx's compact indirect pendant, constructed of extruded and die-cast aluminum in a curved profile that measures just over 6" across — the smallest curved linear profile available today. It is suspended by aircraft cable (fixed or sliding) or by single/double stem, with a choice of regressed or sloped end caps, and configures from 2 ft minimum sections through standard 2/4/6/8/12 ft lengths to seamless continuous runs joined on-site in 2 ft increments. Paz uses Lumenwerx's Widespread Indirect Optic (WIO): two vertically oriented LED arrays couple light into a linear PMMA light guide whose TIR microstructure extracts a batwing distribution peaking at 125 degrees with a 2:1 peak-to-zenith ratio, producing noticeably smoother ceiling brightness than a lambertian uplight and allowing wider fixture spacing. Delivered output runs from 500 lm/ft (low) through 750, 1000, and 1200 lm/ft (ultra high) with efficacy up to 109 lm/W. The custom mid-flux LED array is cartridge-mounted with quick-connect wiring in 2700/3000/3500/4000K, minimum 80 CRI with an optional 90 CRI elevated-R9 package, held within 3 SDCM, and tested to LM-80 with L80 lumen maintenance beyond 60,000 hours; ChromaWerx Duo and Sola tunable-white options are available on separate spec sheets. The factory-set adjustable-output driver takes universal 120–277V input (347V with the D1 driver) and dims 100% to 1% via 0–10V, with Lutron Hi-lume 1% Eco and DALI options, plus optional integral occupancy/daylight sensors and connected-control nodes. A factory-installed emergency battery provides up to 1000 lumens per 4 ft for 90 minutes. ETL listed to UL 1598 and CSA C22.2 No. 250.0 for indoor dry/damp locations, backed by a five-year limited warranty.
