Cava is Lumenwerx's linear LED platform defined by its signature Reduced Luminance Optic (RLO): indirect-mounted mid-flux LED arrays illuminate a vaulted reflector finished in a matte white paint of greater than 95% reflectivity, completely concealing the light source while spreading brightness over the whole cavity. Because the visible interior surface is larger than the aperture, RLO delivers markedly lower luminaire brightness than a diffusing optic while holding high efficacy. The family is offered in curve (4 1/2" wide, 2 1/2" high) and square profiles plus a 6" IC-rated recessed aperture, in pendant (aircraft cable or stem), surface, and recessed (drywall trim, trimless, mud flange, or grid ceiling) mountings. Direct RLO fixtures deliver 350, 500, or 750 lm/ft (up to 122 lm/W); direct/indirect models add a Clear Lambertian (CLO) or Widespread Indirect (WIO2) uplight at 500 or 750 lm/ft, for combined output up to 1500 lm/ft and efficacy up to 130 lm/W. Cava ships with 80+ CRI static white (90+ CRI with elevated R9 optional, 3 SDCM) in 2700/3000/3500/4000K, built from extruded-aluminum sections of 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 12 ft joined on-site into virtually seamless continuous runs. Standard drivers dim 100–1% via 0–10V on universal 120–277V input (347V and DALI or Lutron Hi-lume 1% Eco optional), with onboard occupancy/daylight sensors and connected-controls integration available.
