Seem 1 is Focal Point's flagship narrow linear luminaire, engineered around a nominal 1.5" aperture for a clean, minimalist line of light. A one-piece extruded aluminum housing with a frosted 0.07" extruded acrylic lens delivers a soft yet powerful even glow in individual lengths or continuous runs assembled in 1" increments (2' minimum, up to 8' continuous sections). The family spans four mounting styles — recessed into grid, drywall, or hard/wood ceilings; suspended; surface mount; and wall mount — with direct, indirect, and direct/indirect distributions plus asymmetric-lens, batwing, narrow-flood, flood, point-source, and louver shielding options. Delivered output runs 125-625 lumens per foot direct, 250-1250 lumens per foot indirect, and 250-1625 lumens per foot direct/indirect, reaching up to 135 LPW. The proprietary linear LED module is offered at 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K in both 80+ and 90+ CRI (3500K and 4000K available >90 CRI), held to less than 3 SDCM. The standard 120-277V UNV constant-current driver includes 0-10V analog dimming (10% or 1%), with 347V, Lutron Hi-Lume EcoSystem 1%, DALI 1%, and low-voltage PoE-compatible options; emergency battery, emergency circuit, and daylight-circuit factory options are available. Finished in high-reflectance white powder-coat reflectors and a matte white polyester powder-coat housing, Seem 1 is UL and cUL listed for indoor dry or damp locations, Chicago Plenum available, reports L70 at greater than 61,000 hours, and carries a five-year limited warranty.
