Beam 2 Square is the crisp-edged, square-aperture member of Axis Lighting's Beam architectural linear family — a 2 1/2" wide × 2 3/4" high extruded-aluminum profile (0.075" nominal, up to 70% recycled content) offered in pendant, surface, wall, recessed-wall, vertical, and cove/perimeter mountings plus pattern layouts. Direct output runs 300 to 1000 lm/ft (750 lm/ft max with the Graze, Narrow, Wallwash, and Asymmetric flush optics) and indirect to 1100 lm/ft, with efficacy published up to 135 lm/W and a wide shielding menu — Spotless, Ultra Blend, 0.25" Glo lens, 1" StepLens, flat-blade louvers (black/white/grey), Batwing, Narrow, Graze, and Wallwash. An optional DMLED downlight module (2" aperture, 126 lm, 3000K, 15° tilt) adds accent light within the run. Beam 2 Square ships at 90 CRI static white (2700/3000/3500/4000K), Axitune tunable-white (2700–5000K / 2700–6500K), or BIOS SkyBlue static/dynamic and BIOS tunable-white circadian control (80 CRI). Dimming is 0–10V 1% standard, with Lutron Hi-lume 1% EcoSystem, bi-level, DALI, DMX, Xitanium SR, and PoE driver options at 120/277/347/UNV/DC.
