Pilot PCM is Insight Lighting's low-profile cove and wall grazer for interior architectural applications, built on a 1.87" × 1.93" extruded aluminum housing with molded end caps and a polycarbonate lens. The white-light platform is offered at five per-foot power tiers — 3.5, 5.0, 7.0, 10.0, and 13.0 W/FT — across 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K plus a Dim-to-Warm (3000K–2200K) mode, with 90+ CRI standard. Delivered output ranges from 330 lumens per foot (3.5 W/FT, 120°) up to 1495 lumens per foot (13 W/FT, asymmetric cove) at up to 115 lm/W, in 120° and asymmetric-cove (uplight/downlight, left/right feed) distributions and an optional frosted lens. It runs on universal 120–277V with an integrated power supply and supports 0-10V dimming to 1%, DMX, and DALI control. Static-color (red/green/blue/amber) variants are also cataloged. Surface-mounted in 12" and 48" lengths for continuous runs, it is rated L70 at 75,000 hours, carries a 5-year limited warranty, and is ETL/cETL listed for damp and dry locations.
