WE-EF's VFL520 LED is the smallest size in the VFL500 series of pole- or wall-mounted street and area luminaires, with integrated heat sinks in a marine-grade die-cast aluminum housing protected by WE-EF's 5CE corrosion treatment and polymer-coated stainless-steel hardware. The published US configuration table lists 36 part numbers across two LED-12 engines (12 W and 24 W nominal, 13.9 W and 27 W rated input), 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K at 80 CRI, and six RFC® optics: Type II Short, Type II Medium, Type III Short, Type III Medium, Type IV Medium, and Type IV Very Short. An integral 120–277 V driver in a thermally separated compartment ships with 0–10V dimming as standard, plus an in-line 10 kV surge protector and 30 ft of 18/5 cable. The luminaire is factory-sealed with a silicone CCG® gasket, rated IP66 and IK08, available as Class I or Class II, and ETL listed for wet locations. WE-EF recommends 10–20 ft mounting heights, with street-lighting spacing of 5.5 to 9 times the mounting height depending on wattage and distribution.
